Park Avenue Cavaliers’ has a One year health guarantee against genetic defects. If your Cavalier, during the first year of age is found to have a genetic defect, return him/her to Park Avenue Cavaliers (at buyer’s expense) with registration papers and a written explanation from a licensed veterinarian. The puppy will be replaced as soon as a puppy of equal or greater value becomes available. If within the first year of age, you lose (death) your puppy to a genetic defect, seller will request an autopsy (at buyer’s expense) to determine the cause of death. If the cause of death is found to be due to a congenital defect, seller will replace the puppy as soon as a puppy of equal or greater value becomes available. Buyer is responsible for transportation costs associated with replacement puppy. NO CASH REFUND WILL BE GIVEN.

All veterinarian bills incurred to diagnose or repair a problem will be the responsibility of the buyer unless arrangements have been made or approved prior to treatment. All puppies will be current on vaccinations at time of purchase. It is the buyers responsibility to continue with the puppy’s vaccinations until they are complete (usually sixteen (16) weeks of age). It is necessary for the buyer to complete the scheduled series of vaccinations ON TIME, in order to protect the puppy and for this health guarantee to remain valid. The puppy should not be exposed to premises known to be or suspected of being contaminated.

Buyer agrees that he/she understands this contract fully and agrees to adhere to it.
